Based on designs used and trusted by The Crocodile Hunter Lodge, this box replicates the size, insulation, and protection of natural tree hollows, giving larger species the space they need to nest, raise young, and return season after season.

Constructed from heavy-duty 18mm structural timber. The thicker walls provide excellent thermal buffering, helping regulate internal temperatures in harsh Australian conditions.
Internal Ladder
Integrated internal climbing grooves allow chicks to safely climb up and exit the box when ready to fledge, mimicking the natural texture of tree hollows.
Hardware
Built using corrosion-resistant fasteners suited to long-term outdoor exposure. No staples. No toxic glues.
